Principal

Matt is a Principal on the Go-to-Market team at Bespoke. Based in Los Angeles, he joined the firm in 2024. Prior to Bespoke, he worked for Daversa Partners, as an Executive Recruiter where he helped lead the B2B Go-to-Market practice, placing VP and C-Suite executives in tier 1 Venture Capital & Private Equity-backed portfolio companies.

Matt grew up in Monterey, CA and attended the University of Oregon, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration.

Out of the office, Matt can be found attending any LA sporting events, comedy shows, concerts, as well as playing basketball, golf, beach volleyball, or trying his best at surfing in the Pacific Ocean.

Alyssa Dunn

Search Coordinator

Alyssa Dunn is a Search Coordinator on the Search team at Bespoke. Based in Houston, TX, she joined the firm in 2024.
Prior to Bespoke, she worked for Trend Management, as a Talent Manager where she managed a roster of 5 influencers and handled their brand outreach, negotiations and contracts, and campaign management and execution. Alyssa also has 7 years of previous experience in sales in business development across several industries.

Alyssa has her bachelor’s in business management from Texas A&M University.

In her spare time, you can find Alyssa spending time singing in one of the 3 bands she’s a part of, walking her dog- Zero, reading, or taking a Spin/Yoga/Pilates class.

Previously, he spent over three years as a Partner with True Search, leading Go-to-Market searches for private equity and growth equity-backed B2B software and technology companies.

Prior to True Search, Peterson was a Managing Director at ECA Partners, specializing in executive search placements for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Before transitioning to executive search, Peterson worked in sales and business development for several VC-backed software businesses in Los Angeles.

Peterson graduated from The Wharton School with a BS in Economics. He resides in Santa Monica with his lovely wife, Tiffany, and their two golden retrievers. In his free time, you can find him playing golf and skiing.

Jake Elgart

Senior Principal

Based in Philadelphia, Jake is a Senior Principal at Bespoke Partners, placing executives for private equity-backed software and technology companies focusing on the finance organization. He joins us from Signal Partners, a boutique executive search firm where he was a director placing key executives across the finance, GTM, and technology functions for private equity-backed software and services companies. Before joining the executive search industry, he was a specialist in fine and rare wine and spirits at Sotheby’s, where he managed auction and private sales and provided consulting services to his clients across North America and Asia.

Jake attended the Culinary Institute of America, where he studied food science. Outside of work, he is an avid Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai practitioner. You can also find him whipping up new recipes in the kitchen and losing to his girlfriend in tennis.

Shannon Bustillos

Contracts Manager

Shannon was born and raised in Anaheim, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, a law degree from Western State College of Law, and a professional certification in Federal Contract Management from UCLA. During her collegiate career at the University of Maryland, she was a Division I softball student-athlete as well as the Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council.

Outside of work, you can find Shannon chasing her French bulldog Harvey around the house, exploring new and exciting eateries with her husband Alex, and searching for the perfect gin and tonic.
