Michael Calderone

Vice President of Research

 

Michael is Bespoke’s Vice President of Research in the Austin, TX office. Prior to Bespoke, he worked as a Team Lead and Client Relationship Manager at Guidepoint, where he connected high-touch institutional investment clients with subject matter experts to support their market research due diligence. In his nearly 6 years with the company, Michael was responsible for leading high performing client services teams, managing relationships with high priority private equity and venture capital clients, process improvement, idea generation, and training new talent. He blends a passion for leadership with a growth-focused mindset in order to develop strong teams and cultures. Michael graduated from Gettysburg College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Organizations and Management Studies, and was a four year member of the varsity football team (Go Bullets!). Outside of work, you can find Michael playing or watching different sports, trying out new restaurants, and exploring Austin with his Golden Retriever puppy.

Rooted in the belief there’s always an opportunity to make something better — Dominique is driven by refinement and growth. Having established herself as a freelance Graphic Designer, she partnered with brands to redefine their identity and the mediums in which they express themselves. Her creative background lends itself to constantly explore new ideas and think outside of the box with clients.

Dominique graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as several accolades for her performance as a track athlete. Her background spans seven years combined experience in customer service, project management, event coordination, graphic design, and B2C marketing. She has strived in past roles to beat budgets, grow reach, and refine designs. Having spent time with both large-scale and small business growth, these experiences in combination with her role at Bespoke, provide her the tools and preparation to lead in Bespoke’s marketing team.

In her spare time, you can usually catch Dominique running, training for her next 5k race, planning her next travel adventure, or on her way to a new restaurant.

Research Associate

 

Born and raised in Southwest Missouri, Reagan graduated from nearby University of Arkansas with a degree in Kinesiology.

Reagan began her career with Unum Group as a benefits specialist, serving multiple clients in the Fortune 100. She then went on to be a benefits analyst for Leander Independent School District, just outside of Austin, TX. During her time there, Reagan was crucial in implementing best practices and protocols during the pandemic.

Outside of work, Reagan enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and pets.

SENIOR PRINCIPAL

 

Based in the Austin office, Loreal joined the Bespoke team as a Principal in April 2022. Prior to joining Bespoke, Loreal was a luxury travel advisor with Rudi Steele Travel for 9 years. In this role, Loreal strived in a fast-paced environment serving the travel needs of her high-net-worth client base. Loreal wore many hats in this role, operating her own business as an independent contractor that excelled in client services and relationships.

After growing up in rural Pennsylvania, Loreal slowly made her way to Texas stopping first in North Carolina, where she attended Wake Forest University. Loreal graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Political Science.

Out of the office, Loreal can be found diligently ranking Austin’s best quesos, hiking the greenbelt with her dogs, or paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake.

Based in Austin, Nate helps build the executive teams and boards for private equity backed software and technology companies. Prior to joining Bespoke, Nate worked for a venture fund where he partnered with founding teams to recruit talent for early-stage startups. He is experienced in recruiting for companies of all sizes and industries, primarily in the software space.

Nate graduated from Arizona State University, where he received a Bachelor’s of Art in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business & Technical Communication.

He enjoys hunting whitetail and waterfowl in the Texas hill country. During the offseason, you can expect to find him enjoying the lakes and golf courses around the Austin area.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

 

As a Senior Business Analyst, Colleen works with organizations to identify key pain points in business processes and develop solutions that improve their day to day operations. She works with customers to find places where automation can be inserted to make their processes more efficient without losing the attributes of what makes their business stand out from competitors. Colleen works directly with users to learn their business, creates technical process workflows, data flows, user interface wireframes, functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation.

Colleen graduated from Salisbury University with a B.S. in Management and a B.A. in Visual Communications. Colleen is currently pursuing her MBA at Loyola University of Maryland.

Colleen currently lives in Maryland and enjoys traveling and playing softball in her spare time.
