Born and raised in Queens, NY, Shenelle moved to Virginia after graduating from the University of Virginia where she received her B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy.

Prior to Bespoke, Shenelle worked at Dinte Global Executive Search where she conducted searches for various government contracting organizations within the defense, aerospace, health, and technology sectors.

In her free time, Shenelle enjoys watching Marvel movies in timeline order, finding new shows to binge on Netflix, and trying out new restaurants.

Before joining the Bespoke Partners team, Andrew worked as an Executive Recruiter for two boutique retained executive search firms where he focused on placing individuals in private equity, software, technology, financial services, industrials, and consumer industries across multiple functions.

Andrew graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Marketing. While earning his degree at UNCG, he served for two years as the president of the university’s Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity chapter.

Andrew currently resides in Greensboro, North Carolina, and spends his free time going to the lake, golfing, and hanging out with his family and friends.

Julie Catalano brings to Bespoke more than 20 years of senior leadership in human resources, organizational culture, and business strategy. Immediately prior to joining the company, Ms. Catalano served as Vice President, Global Human Resources at Vertex Inc. During her time at Vertex, Julie served as a strategic human capital thought partner to the enterprise, enabling business solutions through proactive consultation leveraging her deep Human Resources expertise. Prior to that role, Julie held multiple key leadership roles across the HR disciplines at Vanguard.

Julie’s breadth and depth of experience make her extraordinarily well-suited to help us scale out a world-class team, deepen our high-performance culture, and do so in a way that creates an inclusive, driven, and highly collaborative work environment.

A Baltimore native, Larry graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in Management Information Systems where he began his IT career working on the Helpdesk team. Larry is passionate about IT having been in the field for over 15 years and is currently working towards several technology related certifications. Prior to joining Bespoke, Larry has worked for a large datacenter organization as the Information Security Officer and at a software firm serving as its Chief Information Officer.

Larry loves to travel as much as he can with friends and family, is an avid auto/F1 enthusiast, and usually spends too much time playing video games on the weekends. He also travels to see his hometown Baltimore teams and his adopted Cubs in whichever city they happen to be in.

Prakash brings more than 14 years of experience in top-tier financial services and consulting engagements, including extensive work in private-equity-backed organizations, leading strategic initiatives and driving enterprise transformation projects.

Prakash joins Bespoke Partners from Kaufman Hall & Associates, a private-equity-backed healthcare consulting and SaaS organization. Most recently he led a successful, minority equity acquisition of Kaufman Hall & Associates. Prior to that, he led the spinoff of a SaaS business and four
acquisitions along with driving strategy and growth initiatives.

Prakash previously spent four years at consulting and professional services firm Accenture, where he was central to strategic transformation projects for some of the world’s most prominent media and communications, hospitality, transportation and consumer product goods companies. He started his career at investment bank and financial services company HSBC, where he managed major finance operations and reporting projects.

As Director of Marketing & Product, Lindsay is responsible for managing the execution of new and existing product initiatives through product development, adoption, and growth. She works cross functionally with multiple teams, as well as external clients, to ensure the success of Bespoke’s product offering.

Lindsay brings to Bespoke a wealth of experience with product management, specifically catering to high-level executives. In her previous role at Vistage, she grew and launched two products in a new market segment that allowed CEOs to better retain and develop their middle managers that were on the fast track to executive ranks.

Lindsay is passionate about working for organizations that contribute to better leaders and better cultures for the organization. She loves meaningful work where there is a chance to make a difference in people’s lives. Communication and strategy are two things near and dear to her heart, but you can always find her collaborating and connecting with others.

Lindsay graduated cum laude from California State University San Marcos with a degree in Communication, with an emphasis on Media Studies.

Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and son, which can include weekend mornings at the dog beach or exploring new restaurants throughout San Diego.
