Chelsea Cepeda provides direct administrative and functional support to Bespoke Partners founder and CEO, Kristie Nova. With her excellent organizational skills and positive take-charge attitude, Chelsea is able to work her magic to keep Kristie’s day-to-day schedule streamlined and efficient.

Born and raised in San Diego, with no reason to leave, Chelsea attended San Diego State University with a degree in Public Administration. Prior to joining Bespoke Partners, Chelsea worked in sales for baby carrier company, Baby Tula, assisting distributors in the APAC regions and working with specialty retailers.

Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys seeing the world through her daughter’s eyes. You can find her and her family at a local brewery enjoying all the craft beers.

Ali is a recent graduate from San Diego State with a degree in Management Information Systems. Born and raised in San Diego, Ali has always loved the city and has no plans on moving anywhere else.

While in school, Ali grew a strong network he still utilizes to this day through the Lavin Entrepreneurship Program. Ali has always had an interest in entrepreneurship and sees himself starting a company in the future.

Prior to Covid, Ali spent most of his free time at local gyms playing basketball with friends. Ali now finds himself connecting with friends through gaming and other virtual means.

Bruno Kern

Research Operations Manager

Bruno graduated from the University of San Diego, with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Supply Chain Management. During his time as a University student, Bruno served as a Board Member and later President of the International Student Organization at USD.

Prior to joining Bespoke, Bruno has held internships working for private equity portfolio companies in Slovakia where he helped improve their product offering and provided consulting services on Exchange Traded Funds and Securities Lending.

Later he interned as a research analyst at a boutique executive search firm where he helped execute searches for C-level executives and Vice President positions for Private Equity portfolio companies.

Bruno is an adrenaline fanatic and enjoys skiing, jet skiing, wakeboarding, and driving anything with an engine with a particular passion for cars.

Preston Puckett

VP, Search Operations

Preston Puckett is a VP, Search Operations based in Denver. Prior to Bespoke, Preston served as Business Development Manager for Green Peak where he led sales, consultant staffing, and project management.

Before Green Peak, Preston worked at Franklin Street Partners in their family office, serving the needs of high-net-worth individuals.

Preston graduated from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with degrees in Business Administration and Communication Studies. While at UNC, he was a student manager for the men’s basketball team, spending two seasons as Head Manager.

Outside of work, he and his wife spend their time trying new restaurants, sampling local beers, or at the park trying to keep up with their two young sons.
