Preston Puckett is a VP, Search Operations based in Denver. Prior to Bespoke, Preston served as Business Development Manager for Green Peak where he led sales, consultant staffing, and project management.

Before Green Peak, Preston worked at Franklin Street Partners in their family office, serving the needs of high-net-worth individuals.

Preston graduated from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with degrees in Business Administration and Communication Studies. While at UNC, he was a student manager for the men’s basketball team, spending two seasons as Head Manager.

Outside of work, he and his wife spend their time trying new restaurants, sampling local beers, or at the park trying to keep up with their two young sons.

Chelsea Mansfield joined Bespoke Partners as a Principal in March 2021, based in the Austin office. Prior to joining Bespoke, Chelsea was a Senior Executive Recruiter in the Professional Services Firm & Private Equity segment at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Chelsea is keen on being a strategic thought partner across clients and candidates alike, achieving high placement success rates through a data-driven approach. She is known for her effective communication, strong personal connections, and commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Chelsea is an active member in Austin’s fitness community and is dedicated to health and wellness. She is passionate about continuous personal improvement, which is demonstrated by her achievements in powerlifting where she most recently squatted 315lbs, benched 185lbs, and deadlifted 352lbs.

Originally a Californian, Chelsea graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA in 2015, where she received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration concentrating on Marketing. She was an active member in both the business fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, as well as, the American Marketing Association. Cal Poly’s motto is ‘learn by doing’ and Chelsea plans to carry that value throughout the rest of her career path. Her values of integrity, humility, and authenticity guide her professional and personal life.

Kim is a Director at Bespoke Partners based in Austin, TX where she helps build the executive teams and boards for private equity-backed software and technology companies. Prior to joining Bespoke, Kim was a Management Consultant in the Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice at Accenture where she led change management initiatives on large business transformation projects through all stages of the software development lifecycle. In these roles, she created and delivered an end-to-end change strategy and roadmap helping her clients prepare and successfully adapt to change in their organization.

As a native Texan, Kim graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution. In her free time, she enjoys being active, including mountain biking around Texas and beyond.

Ross Kinnaird is a Director for Bespoke Partners. Before joining Bespoke, Ross was an Associate Brand Manager for the Dr. Pepper brand at Keurig Dr. Pepper. Before KDP, Ross spent time at 7-Eleven, Inc. as an analytical resource working on the frontlines of the company’s digital transformation efforts. Prior to 7-Eleven, Inc., Ross graduated from the full-time MBA program at SMU Cox in Dallas, with concentrations in Marketing and Strategy.

Before obtaining his MBA, Ross spent time in sales at a B2B social media SaaS company in Austin, called Spredfast (now known as Khoros). Prior, Ross worked at GLG in Austin, TX for 5 years where he recruited experts and business executives for private equity firm clients. During the last ~2 years of Ross’s tenure at GLG, he recruited for the firm’s start-up placements practice, helping place executives for private equity-backed portfolio companies.

Ross’s professional career began in Victoria, TX where he was a TV sports anchor. Ross got his undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.

Liz Moses is a Vice President in Bespoke’s CEO, Board and Operating Partner practice as well as a GTM practice expert. During her tenure, Liz has successfully completed over 60 placements, including multiple team builds across CEO, CRO, CMO, and COO. Prior to joining Bespoke, Liz was a Team Leader on the Professional Services Firms Segment at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where she supported management consulting firms in their PE due diligence work. She also spent 2+ years at GLG directly supporting middle-market Private Equity firms, as well as several major Venture Capital firms.

Liz graduated Summa Cum Laude from The George Washington University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration concentrating on International Business and Marketing. During her time at GW, Liz was a founder of the Lemonade Day DC organization and spent time abroad in Israel and Ghana.

In her spare time, Liz can be found spending time hiking with her dog Snowpants, running, and exploring the growing Austin food scene.

As Program Director, Human Capital, Rachel manages the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team.

Previously, Rachel worked at Frazier Healthcare Partners as the Director of Operations for the human capital team.

Rachel graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Business Administration and Management. Born and raised in New Jersey, she enjoys the sunny, warm San Diego weather. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her husband and sons while exploring beautiful southern California.
