Trisha has spent nearly a decade in search, with an emphasis on the CFO organization. Prior to joining Bespoke in 2024, Trisha worked at Focus Search Partners, a Vaco company, where she held dual roles in working with leading private equity firms and their respective portfolio companies for interim CFO searches in B2B SaaS and executive searches within the finance function for mid-market private equity backed healthcare services companies. Earlier in her career, Trisha spent an additional 7.5 progressive years in both Los Angeles and Detroit within contingency search for Vaco, an Olympus Partners portfolio company, for the finance function in private equity and public companies across B2B SaaS, Biotech, Consumer Products, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Distribution and Financial Services industries.

A passion for numbers, Trisha has dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern California where she was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and enjoyed trying out the best steakhouses in Los Angeles.

Trisha currently lives in SE Michigan with her Husband, Michael (a former PwC CPA) and two young kids (Rachel & Liam). In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of Birmingham (MI), spin classes, testing new Starbucks beverages, and spending time with her family.

Medha Raj

Principal

Medha Raj is a Principal on the Go-to-Market (GTM) team at Bespoke. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2024. Prior to Bespoke, she worked for L.E.K. Consulting as a Senior Consultant, dedicated to their Healthcare Services practice and aligned to their Private Equity group.

Medha Raj has a BA in Economics (minor: Psychology) from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. She also has a PhD in Management and Organization (focus: Organizational Behavior) from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

In her spare time, Medha loves spending the weekends with her husband, daughter, & dog exploring the various parks & restaurants that San Francisco has to offer.

Emilie Pritchard

Senior Principal

Based in NYC, Emilie is a Senior Principal in the CEO practice at Bespoke Partners where she helps build executive teams and boards for private equity-backed SaaS companies.

Emilie brings deep understanding of the global private technology ecosystem to every search, and has a unique ability to connect with clients on an interpersonal level, enabling her to visualize their short and long-term goals. A voracious reader, podcast listener, and natural connector of the industry’s brightest minds, she has proven an uncanny ability to develop a robust network of operators, founders, board members, and investors.

Emilie began her career in financial risk consulting where she led change management & operational resiliency initiatives at large financial institutions. Prior to Bespoke, she worked at Daversa Partners where she focused on venture capital-backed consumer & marketplace technology companies.

She graduated Cum Laude from Wake Forest University, majoring in Psychology with minors in English, Entrepreneurship, and Social Enterprise; and earned her Masters in Management at Wake Forest Business School directly after undergrad.

Emilie lives in Manhattan with her husband and Boykin Spaniel, Rosie. When she’s not recruiting, she loves writing, running, playing tennis, and fly fishing.

Carly Carson

Talent Acquisition Lead

Carly is the Talent Acquisition Lead on the People and Culture team at Bespoke. She is based in the Philadelphia area and her role is focused on Bespoke’s Campus Recruiting program and internal hiring.

Prior to Bespoke, Carly worked at LLR Partners, a lower to middle market Private Equity firm based in Philly. There she was a member of the Human Capital team, responsible for building and implementing a high potential leadership program for MBA graduates as well as handing executive recruitment for LLR’s portfolio companies. With 10+ years of experience in the talent acquisition space, Carly has gained experience building out campus recruiting programs, managing full-life cycle recruitment at all experience levels, and managing key client relationships both internally and externally.

Carly attended Penn State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Crime Law and Justice, and competed on the woman’s soccer team.

In her spare time, Carly can be found outside playing with her son Caden and her daughter Cameron. When she isn’t chasing her kids around the playground, Carly enjoys playing co-ed soccer and trying new restaurants with her husband, Glenn.

Sasha Colton

Director

Sasha has built her career in executive search, with a focus on placing CFOs and other key members of the finance function, as well as CEO’s primarily in mid-market private equity to large-cap public companies.

Prior to joining Bespoke, Sasha worked at Savage Partners through their acquisition by Russell Reynolds as well as True Search. Sasha began her search career at JM Search, where she built out their Market Analyst function. She focuses on serving Private Equity clients on their software, tech enabled services, and consumer internet portfolio companies.

Sasha attended University of Colorado where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and enjoyed skiing regularly at the best mountains in Colorado.

Sasha currently lives in Boston with her Husband Jack and two young kids (Maisie & Hugh). In her free time she is busy exploring New England, pretending her kitchen is the stage of Chopped, or can be found at her hunting and fishing club in the Catskill Mountains of NY.

Colin Dedrick

Research Analyst

Colin is a Research Analyst on the Search team at Bespoke. Based in Austin, he joined the firm in 2024.

Prior to Bespoke, he worked for Gartner, as an Account Manager where he partnered with his C-Level Executive clients to help provide in-depth technology-related insights to drive business results.

Colin has his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Business Analytics from Ohio University.

In his spare time, you can find Colin spending quality time with his friends, keeping up to date on the newest TV shows & movies, or watching almost all major sports games, especially the New York Jets.
