Senior Research Analyst

 

Born and raised in Idaho, Lissa graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Biological Engineering and minors in Mathematics and Pre-Health Studies. During her time there, she enjoyed working in the lab as a Research Assistant, developing efficient research processes, and building her leadership skills as an Executive Board member of her sorority.

Lissa first found her passion for search and technical sourcing as a Research Analyst at Apex Leaders, where she supported middle-market private equity and venture capital firms in their due diligence efforts. Prior to joining Bespoke Partners, she continued to develop her skills on the recruiting team at Braze, a public SaaS company.

When she is not working, you can find Lissa either binge-watching a new TV show or outside skiing and backpacking with her rescue dog, Turbo. She has also recently attempted gardening and pottery classes.

Daniel was born in Toronto and raised in Seattle where he spent 22 years of his life. He graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration and moved to San Diego shortly thereafter to pursue a Master’s degree at the University of San Diego.

Prior to Bespoke, Daniel was an Analyst at Spencer Stuart where he led research efforts for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups. He then transitioned into the private equity space at Mainsail Partners where he was responsible for building out the executive leadership teams for their portfolio companies.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys backpacking, rooting for Seattle sports teams, and producing social media content for the mixed martial arts community.

As a Search Coordinator, Michelle manages several components of the recruitment process, such as project management and client services, to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for recruiters, clients, and candidates. 

Michelle brings over 10 years of experience working in the financial services and technology industries within Executive Search at global firms such as Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry.

Michelle earned her B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College and currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and son. She enjoys cooking, travelling, working out and singing

Karina joins Bespoke Partners as a Research Associate to support Bespoke’s Go-to-Market practice. Prior to Bespoke, Karina was part of DoorDash’s first in-house executive search team, and she spent two years at SPMB Executive Search, a retained executive search firm servicing venture capital backed and publicly-traded technology clients. At SPMB, she executed on 20+ retained searches as the lead researcher, covering a variety of functional roles. Prior to SPMB, Karina spent two years executive search at Parker+Lynch in Southern California, where she specialized in full-cycle recruiting for middle-management and executive level finance roles and was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” in 2019. 

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Karina holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and has enjoyed living in sunny Southern California for many years since graduating.
