Madison joined the Bespoke team as the Administrative Assistant for the Austin office in September 2022. Prior to joining Bespoke, she served in various supportive roles for start-ups and small businesses in the hospitality industry. During Covid, Madison built a successful freelance business supporting small business owners in the creative space.

Madison was born in upstate New York, but remains a Texan at heart. She graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business. Out of the office, Madison and her husband, Jacob, can be found anywhere with live music, on the lake or at Zilker park with their dog.

Tara Brantley is a Principal of AEA Growth.

Prior to AEA Growth, Tara was a Vice President of ROCA Partners, a growth equity investment firm focused on tech-enabled services and healthcare services companies. Tara previously was a private equity investor at Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to Oaktree, Tara was an investment banker at Gleacher & Company.

Tara has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Mai moved to San Diego to pursue a Business and Psychology degree with a minor in Art History at UC San Diego. During her time at UC San Diego, she served as the Vice President of Finance of UCSD Global Business Brigades and Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. Mai also served as a consultant at Lumnus Consulting and as a research assistant at the Atkinson Behavioral Research Laboratory.

Prior to joining Bespoke Partners, Mai gained experience through her work as a Business Technology Analyst at a VC-backed Artificial Intelligence mobility company, Tourmo. She then joined The Lancer Group as a Business Analyst Associate, where she helped execute searches for C-Suite Executives, Operating Partners, and Boards of Private Equity portfolio companies.

Outside her work, Mai has a passion for art and holistic nutrition. She also loves to cook, travel, and spend time outdoors.

Raised in Silicon Valley, California, Lauren is a recent graduate from San Diego State University with a major in Business Marketing. During her time at San Diego State, Lauren was a member of various marketing clubs and committees, was an active member of her sorority, and enjoyed all San Diego has to offer by spending her time surfing, wakeboarding and hanging out by the beach. Prior to joining Bespoke, Lauren had various marketing internships before figuring out her passion for research in executive search. When she’s not working, Lauren loves to surf, snorkel, and read crime fiction novels.

Bio – Adriana Brady

Born and raised in Phoenix, Adriana moved to California where she recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a major in Psychology and minors in Management and Biomedical Ethics. During her tenure as a full-time student, she worked three jobs and enjoyed service roles as a certified tutor and teacher’s assistant.

Prior to joining Bespoke, Adriana focused her academics on the integration of psychology and business and served on the executive board of her university’s industrial/organizational psychology club. She has pursued several projects surrounding DEI development and supporting the growth of professional women.

In her free time, Adriana loves to run, surf, cook, and watch basketball (specifically the PHX Suns). The Suns may have inexplicable bad luck, but she never loses hope that they will get that ring.

Director of Enterprise Architecture

 

David Evans is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in the commercial development and application of software. Originally trained as software engineer, he and two colleagues formed a hardware/software consulting company straight out of college, which grew to be the largest PC technology company in Australia. Moving into management, he built and ran the UK subsidiary. After that he returned to software, where he developed commercial applications using Microsoft technologies and consulted across a broad spectrum of organizations to solve challenging information architecture and integration problems.

Born in New Guinea, raised in various places, double degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering, Masters of Cognitive Science, now residing in Southern California.

Some of the most fun he has had in recent years has been mentoring his son’s high school FIRST robotics team – they have made it to the World Championships twice in that period. Another abiding passion is sailing – small boats, large boats, skipper, crew…
